Willis Bond & Co is a leading New Zealand property development and investment company well-known and highly reputable in Wellington. But they wanted our help to enter the Auckland market, establish the same stellar reputation and brand awareness, and drive sales of their developments. 

Relatively unknown in Auckland, generating awareness and building consumer trust were critical as construction progress was highly dependent on off-the-plans sales. Pead PR recommended an overall targeted and focused media relations approach, with sub-campaigns for each building project.

The projects included Sunderland at Hobsonville Point, Wynyard Central and 132 Halsey in Wynyard Quarter, and more recently, apartments at Eight Lake Pupuke Drive. For each of the developments, we created content we could communicate out to key audiences, as well as successfully managing everything from initial planning to ground-breaking ceremonies to construction updates.
