Create talkability around the De’Longhi brand - showcase the De’Longhi range through a month long celebration of De’Longhi’s Italian heritage.
Pead PR devised a plan involving alignment with brand partners, a De’Longhi microsite, events including an Italian Market Day at Sabato in partnership with Cuisine magazine, an Italian dinner in the private dining room at Gusto at the Grand with Sean Connolly and a cinema evening / screening of Cinema Paradiso at Seafarers in partnership with Mindfood magazine. Activities were supported by conventional media relations, a consumer / retailer promotion and a dedicated showroom installation at de'Longhi.
The campaign created huge talkability around the De’Longhi brand generating excellent media coverage across key national and Auckland media titles reaching an estimated 950,000. It delivered consistent messaging and branding across advertising, editorial, social media, within the showroom, at each of the event as well as forging excellent relationships with brand partners.
